
And here's my crack at it. It's the first time I've drawn anything with guidelines and didn't know I was supposed to erase them so they are kind of dark. I should have used a straight-edge or ruler. Lines that don't shake are tough. I get why it helps to understand how a firetruck is put together to make the drawing process more understandable. Why does that line go there? Oh yeah, that metal supports this ladder. I think guidelines will help next time I take on something like the NASCAR car from day 1.
